Our People and Culture
The support of dedicated customers and employees over the past twenty-plus years has enabled Injection Works to expand from a very small company to a diverse and capable smaller mid-market firm. Our primary goal is to help our customers grow profitably in their own marketplace. Chris Rapacki – President and CEO
Focus areas include strategic planning, exploration of new service markets and evaluation of company acquisition and partnership opportunities.
Robert Weiss – General Manager
Responsible for leveraging all disciplines within the company to deliver best-in-class customer satisfaction. Coordinate Customer Service, Quality, Molding, Tooling, Technical Services, Sales and Accounting functions to assure consistent and attractive value propositions to our customers.
Rose Connolly – Chief Financial Officer
Areas of responsibility include financial planning, accounting, professional services vendor management, human resources administration
Steven Beck – Quality Manager
Areas of responsibility include overseeing the Injection Works Quality Management System, maintaining ISO registration status, providing our Manufacturing Team with thoughtful and well-engineered process improvement support, directing and training of our Quality Inspection Team, as well as providing customers with relevant quality documentation and suggested improvement opportunities.
Tim Hawn – Production Manager
Area of responsibility include leadership and direction of our Molding and Value Added Assembly functions to achieve timely and efficient outputs to our customer expectations.
Dan Ferrante – Operations Manager
Areas of responsibility include Technical Customer Service, Project Management, Information Technologies, Strategic Purchasing
Rick Crawford – Tooling Department Manager
Areas of responsibility include careful oversight, protection and maintenance of customer tooling assets; local, regional and international tooling vendor and project management; and coordination with the Production Team to optimize tooling service life and cost effective functionality on behalf of clients.
Nick Martinez – Materials Manager
Areas of responsibility include customer order processing, Purchasing, Production Scheduling, Inventory Management, Shipping and Receiving.
Bill White – Safety and Reliability Manager
Areas of responsibility include employee and visitor safety, plant security, facility and infrastructure support and asset predictive and preventive maintenance
