The support of dedicated customers and employees over the past twenty-plus years has enabled Injection Works to expand from a very small company to a diverse and capable smaller mid-market firm. Our primary goal is to help our customers grow profitably in their own marketplace. Rose Connolly - Chief Financial Officer
Areas of responsibility include financial planning, accounting, professional services vendor management, human resources administration

Dan Ferrante - Operations Manager
Areas of responsibility include Technical Customer Service, Information Technologies, Strategic Purchasing

Mike Schuler - Production Manager
Areas of responsibility include providing on-time delivery of customer product, production planning and control, lean manufacturing initiatives, 5-S implementation

Dennis Frohbergh - Quality Manager
Areas of responsibility includes customer support, product conformity assurance, ISO system management, inspection services and documentation

Nick Martinez - Logistics Manager
Areas of responsibility include inbound and outbound freight management to maximize on-time product deliveries to on-shore and off-shore customer locations.

Bill White - Maintenance and Safety Manager
Areas of responsibility include employee and visitor safety, plant security, facility and infrastructure support and asset predictive and preventive maintenance
