This multi-national developer and manufacturer of large, very high speed automation and conveying systems was in need of a new regional injection molding services supplier that could be relied on to provide great communications, trusted and dependable lead-times and consistently acceptable products. Due to the severe service environment created by their conveyance systems, the molded sub-components must achieve high tolerance standards using heavily long fiberglass loaded nylon base resins. An accelerated tool transfer and new first article inspection process for over a dozen molds yielded excellent results.
