This world-class laboratory/scientific instrument manufacturer arrived at Injection Works in the middle of a new product development cycle that had stalled. The company’s original vendors did not allow for the unique requirements placed on mold design by high temperature application resins such as PEI. Our customer asked for assistance to salvage the project, and deliver quality product to the market in the required timeframe. Injection Works’ suggested modifications to the mold along with modest part design adjustments helped get the project back on track, and the product was ultimately well-received in the market.
